No More Spray Boom Dead Spots Racetrack Recirculation System from Latitude-Ag prevents dead-end delays and inconsistent startup application by maintaining continuous recirculation within each spray boom section. It keeps boom sections consistently primed with fresh product. Boom ends are replaced with 180-degree sweeps, reducing chemical settling and improving mixture uniformity. Flush valves are removed, making cleanout safer and faster.  “With Racetrack Recirculation, nothing goes back to the tank,” says Kurt Kamin, Latitude-Ag. “Each section of the boom works independently, recirculating the solution in that section. This continually mixes the chemicals, creates a more uniform spray, and reduces misapplication in the field.” The core of the system is the Sectional Recirculation Valve, which directs product through each boom and returns it through a polyethylene-lined return line. Sweeps at the boom ends complete the circuit. Section kits (one per boom section) include a Racetrack section valve with an integrated eductor, recirculation sweeps, a return hose (from both end caps to the main valve), and tubing conversion components to adapt existing boom plumbing to the Racetrack 180-degree sweep return system. Kits also include gaskets, sealing materials, hose clamps, flange clamps and thread-sealing materials. “Our kits include all the hardware needed; no additional sourcing is required,” says Kamin.
